Sometimes even after the spring season arrives, it still feels like winter inside. We all at times need help feeling lightness and hope again. To go on retreat and refresh the mind, heart, and senses is the best way to reconnect to zest and joy. Through writing exercises, deep reflection, and discussion, we'll use a day out of our ordinary routines to find the clues, images, insights, and stories that bring spring to our souls. No writing experience is necessary, and this one-day retreat is open to men and women.
